We do not charge a disposal fee. However, as a tire retailer, we are required by law (of some states - not all) to charge our customers state tire fees. These fees are used by the states to create more efficient ways of recycling tire waste. The fees differ based on the state you wish to ship your tires to. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the state tire fee.
