The tracking numbers often take a few hours to actually update on the FedEx website. This is because the packages are not scanned at our warehouse (when they are put on the FedEx truck) but at the first FedEx warehouse. Please give the FedEx website a bit in order to update the tracking number, for it to show the correct information. However, unfortunately, without your order number or some other information (we cannot see your email address through the Q&A database) we cannot look into it in more detail.
