Yes, you are welcome to return the tires for a replacement. We recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to get the process started. To begin the return process, please contact us at [email protected] with your request to ship the tires back for an exchange, making sure to include your order # in the subject line. Alternatively, you can always give us a call on 866-440-0177 one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00am till 9.00pm EST. Please have your order number at hand when calling.
