You will need an air pump and a tire pressure gauge. This will help you will the tires to the correct PSI levels. You will need to remove the valve stem caps and place the air pump into the stem. When you think there is enough air in the tire, check it with the pressure gauge. Repeat until you reach the needed pressure levels. Replace the valve stem caps and you are done.
