Low tire pressure levels can be caused by multiple things. A slow leak on the tire can cause almost unnoticeable air pressure loss, while cold temperatures will result in natural PSI decreases. The rubber compound's gradual corrosion or damaged valve stems can lead to this issue as well. However, rapid air pressure loss is almost always caused by punctures, bead, or road hazard damage.
